What’s the cheapest way to enjoy this city at night?

“New York is such a fun city to visit and you don’t need a huge budget to enjoy it!

For example, if you are visiting in the summer, there are movies under the stars events for free at several locations, including parks, piers and beaches! Check out the official NYC Parks site for schedules: http://www.nycgovparks.org/events/free_summer_movies

Remember that Manhattan is a walk-able city. Your best sites are going to be experience just by walking and exploring the city on foot!” – USA Event Management Company

What’s your favorite restaurant here? What’s so special about it?

My favorite restaurant is probably cafe espanol in the west village! They serve great tapas, have amazing sangria (and happy hour specials) and wonderful service. In the summer months you can also enjoy dining in their outdoor garden – a rare find in New York City!

What’s your favorite thing to do on a warm Sunday morning in this city?

The best think to do on a warm Sunday morning in Manhattan is to take a walk along the beautiful Hudson River Park Walk. If you like to bike, there is a 5 mile bike path and many activities along the way!

What were some of the hidden gems in that city? Why?

NYC is so dynamic, with infinite things to do and see – and these constantly change! If you are traveling with kids, be sure to take them to the Central Park zoo where they can see penguins and polar bears right in the heart of the city (amazing surprise).  If you are traveling as a couple or solo, be sure to take an evening and explore the west village – there are many great restaurants, bars and comedy clubs. Enjoy sitting outdoors in the summer over a drink and just people watch!

nothing better than grabbing my dog and walking Central Park during off leash hours. it’s the best back-yard on the planet. For business see printing japan.

What were some of the hidden gems in that city? Why?

the free Staten Island ferry ride ranks pretty high cause us get a great view of lady liberty and the skyline heading back home. it’s not so hidden but most people forget about it. the peacocks that live behind St. John’s the divine church are pretty spectacular and they roam the grounds year round.

What’s the cheapest way to enjoy this city at night?

By foot. New York is such a great walking city. Choose a neighborhood and explore. You’ll be amazed at what you find and whom you’ll meet. Be adventurous – choose one of the other boroughs outside of Manhattan to really get the full flavor of what it means to be a New Yorker. The subway system is reasonably priced.

What’s your favorite restaurant here? What’s so special about it?

My favorite restaurant is a tiny place called Pata Negra on East 12th Street. It has very few tables and it is important to get there around 6 p.m. when they open. The tapas are amazing. The staff is incredibly passionate about the food and the wine they serve you. Ask for their opinion on selections – you won’t regret it.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a warm Sunday morning in this city?

Stop by E.A.T. on the Upper East Side. Purchase a picnic basic or some coffee and amazing pastries and walk on over to Central Park to enjoy the sights with friends.

What were some of the hidden gems in that city? Why?

There are many. The Ramble in Central Park for the lush greenery in the middle of the city, the Brooklyn Heights Promenade for the amazing views, the Cloisters for the beauty and serenity and of course the amazing shopping finds in NoHo and SoHo.
